Bandula, the blind former student and teacher at Yakalamulla VTC, has repaired his roof, as arranged, with actonia wood. There is now a green painted front and all that needs to be completed is the guttering and balance board. Access to his house, even for a sighted person, is alarming as it involves walking across bridges made of four logs!
